Australia-wide shipping
All artworks are shipped with tracking and care from QLD. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Handling time for originals
Originals like Coral Cosmos are large and delicate. Please allow 3-5 business days for careful packing before dispatch. I will message you when it's on its way.
How your painting is packed
Large canvases are wrapped with:
Protective layer over the painted surface.
Corner protectors and bubble wrap
Sturdy cardboard box
Shipping rates
Calculated at checkout based on size and destination.
International shipping
International shipping is available on request for selected works. Because of the size and value of original art, please contact me via Email or Instagram @oceanic_elements before ordering so I can quote you correctly with insurance.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Original paintings
All original paintings, including Coral Cosmos, are one-of-a-kind with no prints made. Because of their nature, originals are not eligible for return for change of mind.
Please look carefully at all photos, video, and the size listed before purchasing. I am happy to send you extra photos or a video in natural light - just ask.
Damage in transit
In the unlikely event your painting arrives damaged, please:
Photograph the outer box and the damage within 24 hours of delivery
Keep all packaging
Contact me immediately with photos within 24 hours of delivery
Your painting is insured in transit and I will work with you and the courier to resolve it quickly - whether that's a repair, replacement or refund.
Prints & small items
If you order art prints, you may return them within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth
